Senior Financial Analyst

Goudreau Personnel by Swinton Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements, analyzing clients' financial records, and making recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis. You will be proficient in MS Excel and have excellent oral and written communication skills. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for finance, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Analyze clients' financial records
- Make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures
- Review and examine financial services and institutions to ensure compliance with governing legislation and regulation
- Analyze financial documents and reports
- Provide financial, business, and tax advice
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
