Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at La Rose Specialty Foods Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.
- Lead Sales Team: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Manage Staff: Supervise and manage a team of sales professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
- Mentorship: Opportunities for professional growth and development.
