Are you passionate about outdoor adventure and mountain culture? Do you enjoy meeting like-minded individuals and providing exceptional customer service? Resorts of the Canadian Rockies is seeking skilled Ski Instructors to join our team at Fernie Alpine Resort.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a welcoming and safe environment for guests and staff
  • Assist and upsell guests to enhance their experience
  • Monitor public and personal safety on lifts
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and support
  • Instruct and coach guests of all ages and abilities in skiing
  • Complete lesson reports and administration tasks
  • Adhere to the Alpine Responsibility Code
  • Participate in group itinerary planning and organization
  • Perform general on-hill tasks and maintenance
  • Represent the resort as ambassadors and hosts

We focus on building long-lasting relationships with our staff and guests. If you're a team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for skiing, we encourage you to apply.
