Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at CANADA INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profits
- Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs
- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with budgetary requirements
- Monitor revenues and labor costs to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
- Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete financial reports
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations
- Cost products and services to ensure optimal pricing
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Lead and instruct staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage events to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction
- 3-4 direct reports
- Permanent position
- English language required
- 35-40 hours per week
