In this role, you will supervise the food and beverage service, set tables, serve guests as directed by the server, keep menus clean, clean tables between servings, and possess menu knowledge. You will also assist with providing tables with beverages, remove solid linens and replace them with clean linen, transport dirty dishes to the dish-washing station, polish silver and glass as needed, and present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and beverage.
