Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Smoky Lake Esso/Great Bear Cafe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash wrap and surrounding areas.
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
