Job Title: Commercial Banking Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Account Manager to join our team at the Bank of China. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to grow our commercial banking portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of commercial banking products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and business activity
  • Contribute to the development of commercial banking policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of commercial credit experience, with a strong understanding of commercial banking products and services
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial lending activities and terminology
  • Relevant post-secondary education, such as a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (or Cantonese) Chinese is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and applications, including MS Office Suite
