Job Title: Commercial Banking Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Account Manager to join our team at the Bank of China. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and revenue in commercial banking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and business activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial banking experience, with a strong understanding of commercial lending and credit analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including loan and credit facilities
  • Relevant post-secondary education, such as a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (or Cantonese) Chinese is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
