You will have experience building high performing technical teams from the ground up, with the ability to engage clients effectively from both a functional and technical perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Build high performing technical teams from the ground up
- Engage clients effectively from both a functional and technical perspective
- Have a deep understanding of the Adobe technologies (AEM, AEP, etc.) as well as a firm grasp of other vendor solutions in the marketplace (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
About the Team
The Marketing & Commerce team designs and implements solutions that engage and activate customers through the end-to-end customer journey. We help clients turn brand values into measurable business growth through personalized content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire customers to act.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range of $97,000 - $234,000
- Eligibility to participate in our bonus program
- A wide array of initiatives that differentiate us as a people-first organization, including $4,000 per year for mental health support benefits, a $1,300 flexible benefit spending account, 38+ days off, flexible work arrangements and a hybrid work structure
