Sales Support Assistant Job Description

Daiken North America LTD is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Assistant to join our team at our Huntsville, ON facility. As a Sales Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, processing, and revising customer orders, ensuring seamless communication with customers, production, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate order-related activities to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with production, customer service, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Track and maintain order data for lead times and allocation accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding pricing and market conditions
  • Monitor customer-specific programs and assist with special projects as assigned
  • Support the sales department with inventory management, invoicing, and handling customer complaints
  • Promote continuous improvement and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements:
  • Proficient in English language, with French as an asset
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office experience
  • Minimum 1-year previous office experience
  • Ability to maintain accurate and legible records
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and able to work as part of a team
