About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Lucky Thai Restaurant. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Thai cuisine, to meet the demands of our restaurant.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
