Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business technology standards and risk management frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on identity and access management, cyber security, and operational support and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to improve business processes.
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in business technology and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive processes for prevention of issues and participate in problem determination and timely resolution of incidents.
  • Work effectively as a team, supporting other members of the team in resolving critical service issues.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business units.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CISA.
  • 7+ years relevant experience in business technology, risk management, and compliance.
  • Advanced knowledge of business technology standards, risk management frameworks, and compliance regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
