Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Client Development Specialist to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with C-level executives, and negotiating lease and purchase transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Quickly grasping and understanding our company's niche and market advantages to effectively communicate these benefits to prospects.
  • Heavy prospecting for new client relationships through phone calls, networking, and digital media marketing contact and communication.
  • Leveraging presentation skills to win business and negotiate key client requirements into business terms.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Real Estate license or be in the process of obtaining one.
  • Sales and account development experience, preferably with C-Level executives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • An entrepreneurial approach to business, with a desire to evolve into straight commission compensation.
  • Strong math skills and problem-solving capability.
  • A reliable and self-motivated work ethic.
