Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and staffing process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all employees and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Staffing: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Employee Relations: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, carry out administrative and clerical activities, and determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Windows, Electronic mail, Human resources software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Internet
- Technical Terminology: Human resources
- Area of Specialization: Human resource management
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Judgement, Organized, Reliability, Team player
