Job Overview

The Abercrombie & Fitch Assistant Manager role is a key position in our retail stores, responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be an integral part of our store leadership team, working closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving business objectives, including sales targets and customer service standards
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays and store layouts to drive sales and improve customer experience
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and cash handling procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
