Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a service culture through engaging, efficient, and personalized experiences for customers.
  • Lead, inspire, and demonstrate exceptional standards of behavior to your team, ensuring the integrity of the brand is always maintained.
  • Facilitate a thorough and thoughtful onboarding process for new hires and foster an environment of continual development.
  • Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and engaged team.
  • Maximize store profit through proactive analysis of commercial data and commercial creativity.
  • Collaborate with key partners in Head Office to influence and maximize the stock package and other resources.
  • Oversee and execute the FatFace visual proposition to company standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience within a fashion retail store.
  • Demonstrable experience of working with KPIs and effective analysis and interpretation of commercial reports.
  • Management level experience of operational, stock, IT, and cash management.
  • Experience of leading, coaching, and managing teams through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ambition and determination to succeed, taking the initiative and working under own direction.
  • Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment.
