Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Early Careers Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for facilitating the training and onboarding support of SMB clients. This role requires a strong technical background, proactive approach to improving client experiences, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the relationship with SMB accounts, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.
  • Actively monitor the performance and data of client accounts to ensure that performance KPIs are being met.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients that highlight key performance metrics, trends, and insights relevant to their business goals.
  • Ensure proper documentation of tickets, technical solutions, and product knowledge base.
  • Ensure standard Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met during implementation and support processes.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in a technical client support or client success role, with a technical background and proactive approach to improving client experiences.
  • 1-2 years of technical client support or client success experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Experience interacting with SMB clients in a support/account management capacity.
  • Experience with customer support tools and platforms such as Freshdesk and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Excel and foundational data analysis skills.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
