Lead the Way in Early Careers Talent Acquisition

Nokia is seeking a seasoned Tech Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Americas Early Careers Talent Attraction team. As a consultative and collaborative recruitment expert, you will be responsible for executing strategic programs, enhancing processes, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences to drive business initiatives and efficiencies.

About the Role:

  • Manage strategy, vision, and program development for Student and New Grad hiring in the Americas Region
  • Lead the Early Careers Talent Attraction team for the Americas
  • Develop and refine the Early Careers hiring strategy and prepare delivery plans
  • Empower team members to advance the Americas Early Careers program and improve candidate experience
  • Participate in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Enhance the company's employer brand among students and early career professionals
  • Manage budget and resources to meet current demands and future needs

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of campus/recruiting experience, event planning, and other HR experience with a proven track record of influencing and/or leading key initiatives or a team
  • Previous experience in diversity recruiting for emerging talent and other DEI support initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
