About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Yaxley, Peterborough. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, providing emotional support and assisting with daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities to access the community and maintain their homes
  • Assist with medication and health matters, meal planning and preparation, budgeting and banking
  • Support individuals with social activities, trips out to cafes, cinema, or swimming
  • Work across various shifts and venues, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
