Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at CarePartners. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care to individuals in their homes and community settings.

Job Summary:

The Personal Support Worker will assist patients with daily living activities, promote independence, and provide emotional support. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal care, household tasks, and medication management.
  • Promote independence and self-care among patients.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Valid certificate as a Personal Support Worker, Internationally Trained Nurse, Health Care Aid, Developmental Support Worker, Home Support Worker, or enrollment in a Nursing program.
  • Current vulnerable sector check screening and a clear background check.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle.
