About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Golf Links Dental. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations and ensure they are comfortable and relaxed throughout the process.
  • Order dental and office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient dental practice.
  • Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Maintain and order supplies to ensure a clean and organized dental environment.
  • Perform reception and clerical duties, including answering phones and responding to patient inquiries.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide guidance on maintaining good oral health.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is an asset.
