Head Chef

Pizza Hut is currently looking for a skilled and motivated Head Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and taste.

• Chef Management: Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Kitchen Supervision: Manage and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support where needed.
• Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to Pizza Hut's policies and procedures.
• Menu Development: Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A proven track record in a similar role, with a strong focus on food safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• The ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
