About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned talent management professional to join our People and Culture team as a Director of Talent Acquisition and Development. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our company's culture and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent and build a high-performing organization.
  • Design and deliver impactful learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Lead the development of innovative recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
  • Manage budgets and expenditures while exercising commercial-mindedness.
  • Champion equity and diversity in all talent programs and processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in talent management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Advanced knowledge of talent sourcing and selection techniques, as well as effective use of technology.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and a passion for building an inclusive work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
