Job Title: Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Seabase Newfoundland Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Financial Control: Establish and maintain effective financial controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in financial management.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
