We are seeking a highly experienced Business Director of Sales Operations to join our team at Canadian Clothing International Inc.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.

This includes authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, as well as coordinating the work of regions, divisions or departments.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that drive business growth.

You will also represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions and establish financial and administrative controls.

Additionally, you will formulate and approve promotional campaigns and approve overall human resources planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales Growth: Allocate resources to implement sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Establish Departmental Structure: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Negotiations and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Leadership and Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to lead teams and think strategically.
    • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Teamwork and Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Attention to detail, organized, and a team player.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
    • Hours: 35 hours per week.
    • Work Language: English.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous retirement plan.
