Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Laviva Healthcare Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs to ensure compliance and fairness
  • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to drive growth and development
  • Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Research employee benefits and health and safety practices to recommend improvements
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to build a high-performing team
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

Hours of Work:

30-35 hours per week.
