Key Responsibilities- Claims Processing: Prepare and submit claims to suppliers for our warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Debit Memo Research: Investigate and resolve unsettled debit memos for our distribution centers and customers.
- Credit Costing: Perform costing of credit for both distribution centers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Account Statement Verification: Verify customer account statements and distribute them to the relevant personnel.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports as required, providing valuable insights to our team.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- Vocational Diploma: Possess a vocational diploma in office administration or accounting.
