ServiceNow Solutions Architect

As a key member of the Service Management Tools team at Scotiabank, the ServiceNow Solutions Architect plays a crucial role in the overall design of the application and mapping client business requirements to systems/technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign
  • Provide architecture and technical direction for design and implementation
  • Collaborate with other Technical Architects to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
  • Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record in ServiceNow technologies
  • Comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • Advanced experience with ServiceNow configuration and custom development
  • Broad experiences with a wide range of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, IRM, and SecOps)
  • Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with varying complexity
