Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Glass Installation Specialist to join our team at Queen City Glass (1961) Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass products, including glazing systems, curtain walls, storefronts, and doors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install replacement glass in existing products and systems, and repair and service residential and commercial aluminum doors and other glass supporting structures.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the type and thickness of glass, frame, installation procedure, and materials required.
  • Material Handling: Handle and store materials, including glass, frames, and other installation materials.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of installation projects.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in glass installation and repair.
  • Skills: Reliable, hard-working, and willing to learn; organized and detail-oriented; able to pass a Criminal Record check; strong work ethic and team player with a positive attitude.
  • Certifications: Valid Saskatchewan Driver's license.
