Job Title: Welder

Ruskcast Inc is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to join metal parts together.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to join metal parts together.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding.
Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role that requires manual dexterity and attention to detail. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity.
