About the Role

Ruskcast Inc is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, reading and interpreting blueprints, and maintaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal structures
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, and manuals to ensure accurate fabrication
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding role that requires manual dexterity and attention to detail. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding or a related field
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
