Job Summary

Ruskcast Inc is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of welding services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to produce high-quality welds.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, and manuals to ensure accurate and efficient work.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding role that requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
