Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at D Spot Hamilton. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing job postings, and coordinating the selection process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Screen and evaluate candidate applications, ensuring a fair and efficient process
  • Coordinate interviews and selection boards to evaluate candidates
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Determine eligibility for benefits and arrange staff training
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet business needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and electronic mail
