Job Title: Amusement Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Amusement Associate to join our team at Cineplex. As an Amusement Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining the presentation and working condition of the facility, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional and friendly guest service
- Maintain cash out operations by following policies and procedures
- Upsell playcards to maximize guest service
- Redeem prizes for guests at the Redemption counter and obtain e-tickets as payment
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Assist in maintaining stock levels of supplies for all game locations and Games Rooms
- Ensure that the facility consistently meets Canada's Wonderland's Standards throughout daily operations
Requirements:
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, as required
- Works well in a busy environment
- Ability to work under pressure while complying with all relevant legislation
- Excellent organizational, communication, customer service, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
