Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Amusement Associate at Cineplex. As an Amusement Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining the presentation and working condition of the facility, and ensuring that all stations are fully equipped at the beginning and end of shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional and friendly guest service
  • Maintain cash out operations by following policies and procedures
  • Upsell playcards to maximize guest service
  • Redeem prizes for guests at the Redemption counter and obtain e-tickets as payment
  • Maintain stock levels of supplies for all game locations and Games Rooms
  • Ensure the Games Rooms exceeds the cleanliness standards of Cineplex
  • Ensure that the facility consistently meets Cineplex's Standards throughout daily operations

Requirements

  • Legally able to work in Canada
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, as required
  • Works well in a busy environment
  • Ability to work under pressure while complying with all relevant legislation
  • Some mechanical troubleshooting knowledge preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, customer service, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong work ethic
