Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Amusement Associate to join our team at Cineplex. As an Amusement Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining the presentation and working condition of the facility, and ensuring that all stations are fully equipped at the beginning and end of shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional and friendly guest service
  • Maintain cash out operations by following policies and procedures
  • Upsell playcards to maximize guest service
  • Redeem prizes for guests at the Redemption counter and obtain e-tickets as payment
  • Maintain redemption operations by following policies and procedures
  • Restock merchandise
  • Address and rectify guest comments and concerns
  • Assist in maintaining presentation and working condition of the facility
  • Ensure the Games Rooms exceeds the cleanliness standards of Canada's Wonderland

Requirements

  • Work safely and honestly
  • Arrive for work on time
  • Practice and adhere to Canada's Wonderland's and P1AG's Standards, Policies and Procedures
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong computer/technical aptitude
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Legally able to work in Canada
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, as required
