Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of guest floors, including vacuuming guest hallways daily
  • Ensure laundry for cleaning supplies (casino, hotel, F&B) is done on an assigned basis
  • Report any damage or other maintenance issues in public areas
  • Respond in a courteous and welcoming manner to guest questions and concerns
  • Operate cleaning equipment in a safe manner following all standard operating procedures
  • Deliver linens, cots, extra supplies to guest rooms upon request
  • Maintain linen closets clean, stock and organize
  • Ensure inventory of guest room products are stocked for room attendant cart
  • Removing items from hallways and transporting to service areas, including debris, food and beverage trays, soiled linens and trash
  • Ensures compliance with health and safety protocols and maintains a safe and healthy environment

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience required, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Customer service experience required
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 11.5 kg or 25 lbs)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment and laundry machines
  • Must have a safety mindset for self and others

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental coverage, and access to employee discounts and perks.
