Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing all marketing activities to increase Bridgera's brand awareness and domain authority. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and have a flair for thinking out of the box to come up with effective marketing strategies that drive desired results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns and monitor competitor services and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee and evaluate market research and manage the marketing budget.
  • Hands-on creation of various marketing collaterals, including social media posts, blogs, white papers, e-books, newsletters, website layout, and content.
  • Ability to drive SEO, PPC activities, and creation of videos, infographics, and presentations.
  • Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
  • Help develop marketing collaterals, ranging from web content to presentations, webinars, white papers, case studies, and event participation material.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years in marketing and promotion, with at least 1 year of work experience with offshore teams.
  • Experience with On-Page and Off-Page Optimization, link building, listings, keyword analysis, competitor analysis, and Content Optimization.
  • Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Salesforce CRM.
