Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk staff, ensuring excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
- Coordinate and review work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring the hotel's inventory is well-stocked and up-to-date.
- Negotiate with clients for the use of hotel facilities, promoting our services and building strong relationships.
- Participate in promotional activities, contributing to the hotel's marketing efforts and brand awareness.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff.
- Initiative, interpersonal awareness, and judgement, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Organized and a team player, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
