Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

Vista Waterloo Limited Partnership is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the reservations team, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of the reservations team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities.
  • Participate in promotional activities to enhance the hotel's reputation and attract new clients.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, and a team player.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Setting:
  • Urban area.
  • Hotel, motel, resort.
