Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

Vista Waterloo Limited Partnership is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the reservations team, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of the reservations team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities.
  • Participate in promotional activities to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative, judgement, and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Urban area.
  • Hotel, motel, resort setting.
