About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barber Stylist to join our team at Fade Away Barbershop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional haircut and grooming services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their haircut and grooming needs, taking into account their preferences and physical features.
  • Haircut and Grooming Services: Cut and trim hair according to client instructions or preferences, providing custom hair and scalp treatments as needed.
  • Supply Management: Maintain and order supplies, ensuring that our barbershop is well-stocked and equipped to meet client demands.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise other hair stylists and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and hand-eye coordination while standing for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
