The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing technologies and industry best practices, with a proven track record of developing innovative solutions.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with clients to turn their marketing automation platform into a revenue driver. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the development phases of marketing automation projects, including requirements gathering, design/development, testing, configuration, and advanced administration;
  • Collaborating with clients and internal experts to gather requirements, document solutions, and translate business needs into technical execution;
  • Providing expert guidance on best practices in marketing automation, lead management, and revenue performance management;
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns, including campaign flow builds, email creation, landing page development, testing, media placement, tracking, and analysis;
  • Driving and managing email processes, including asset management, segmentation, and list management for maximum revenue and profitability;

You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance to maximize ROI and sales. A strong understanding of the marketing/sales cycle and experience working with business stakeholders are essential. This role requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities, projects, and resources effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Marketo and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce);
  • Certifications, a strong asset;
  • Expert knowledge of marketing technologies and industry best practices;
  • Proven experience with interactive marketing techniques, including inbound/outbound marketing, demand generation, analytics, and more;
  • Solid understanding of the marketing/sales cycle;
  • Experience working with business stakeholders in defining project requirements, including automations, KPIs, and success metrics;
  • Bilingual (French and English), an asset;
  • An online portfolio or other work samples demonstrating relevant marketing automation experience.
