At Ansys, we empower visionary companies to push boundaries and drive human advancement. As a key member of our Customer Excellence team, you will partner with our customers to engineer what's ahead, solve real-world engineering problems, and deploy Ansys software in their design workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical pre-sales support and perform professional services
  • Translate customer requirements into exciting new product features
  • Lead/Assist in coordinating and executing technical activities throughout the sales opportunity lifecycle
  • Test new releases of Ansys products on industrial problems
  • Support Ansys field and digital marketing
  • Contribute to consulting services and conduct introductory and/or intermediate training classes
Requirements:
  • MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an engineering software environment
  • Education and/or industrial experience related to fluid mechanics and computational fluid dynamics
  • Demonstrated use of relevant Ansys software or knowledge of other commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, PLM software packages
  • Experience with or specialization in the Electronics Industry segment
  • Logical problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in writing and speaking English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, possesses a sense of urgency
  • Projects a professional image and demonstrates business acumen, driven to succeed
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS+3, or PhD+0
  • Experience with Ansys Fluent/Ansys Icepak/Ansys Mechanical
  • Electro-Thermal, Thermo-Mechanical aspects of electronics design
