Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

THE NEW MYNA CONVENIENCE AND APARTMENTS is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, dependability, and judgement
