Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Mandy and Raj's Valu-Mart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish work schedules and manage store staff to ensure optimal productivity
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff, including cash handling and customer service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Flexibility and reliability in meeting store needs
Work Environment:

Mandy and Raj's Valu-Mart is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team-oriented setting.

Language:

The primary language of communication in this role is English.

Work Schedule:

This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek.
