Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
Requirements:
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
  • One (1) year of recent, related acute care or residential experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
