About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Emelia's Child Development Centre. As an Assistant to our Early Childhood Educators, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Early Childhood Educators in implementing programs that promote the development of children
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and craft preparation
  • Submit written observations on children to Early Childhood Educators or supervisors
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and challenges
Requirements
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability
  • Ability to work as part of a team
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
