About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Emelia's Child Development Centre. As an Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our early childhood educators in delivering programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing activities that foster children's growth and development.
  • Engage children in interactive learning experiences, such as storytelling, singing, and craft preparation.
  • Contribute to the development of written observations on children's progress and submit them to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and challenges.
Requirements
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and reliability in meeting the needs of children and staff.
