Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Bartenders Supervisor to join our team at Sea Smoke Restaurant & Bar.
Job SummaryThe Bartenders Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the bar area, ensuring a high level of service and quality of drinks. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer system.
- Train and supervise bartenders to ensure they are providing excellent service and preparing drinks to our high standards.
- Manage inventory and ordering of bar stock, ensuring we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring a safe and responsible drinking environment.
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, ensuring accurate and timely service.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects as required.
- Experience in a bartending or supervisory role, an asset.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff.
- Knowledge of provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
